159: Prioritize Your Goals: Focus on One and Thrive

You know that feeling when you have a million ideas but just don't even know where to start? It's something that I think most, if not all, of us struggle with – goal prioritization, and it was also me not too long ago.

However, join me today as I share insights from a recent coaching session that truly transformed my approach. I discuss why it's important to choose just one goal at a time to focus on and let the others wait their turn. I also touch upon the power of discipline and share how I keep track of all of those other goals without losing focus on what is most important to me at the time.

I believe that ideas are our superpower, focus is our kryptonite. We have to learn the discipline of being able to focus.
