143: Embracing Growth: Overcome Imposter Syndrome as a Creative

What do I wish I had known when I first started? That’s a big question! This topic was sparked by a heartfelt chat with a coaching client from The Professional Creative Business Coaching Program. We started wondering: what advice would I give my younger self at the start of this adventure? Today, I'll be sharing four key pieces of advice I wish I had known back then.

First off, it’s not going to be easy, but trust me, it will be worth it. I still get emotional thinking about those early days, full of hope and fear. Feedback can be tough, but it makes you stronger—don't shy away from it. I also wish someone had told me to focus on personal growth alongside business growth. Developing emotional intelligence, personal development, and spiritual well-being is just as crucial as professional success. And finally, there’s always room for you in the industry, no matter how crowded it seems. Join us as we explore these reflections and the wisdom that comes from navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
